Thank you for shopping at RuthGear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed condition
- The item is not damaged due to customer misuse
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened K-Cupยฎ pods or beverage packs
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@ruthgear.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1โ2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item back to: 401 Ocean Ave, Suite 201A, Melbourne Beach, FL 32951
- Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product): we cover return shipping
- If the return is due to a change of mind: customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
