Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping β†’ 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50
  • Standard Shipping under $50: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Expedited and Overnight rates calculated at checkout

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

RuthGear is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. If still unresolved, contact us at support@ruthgear.com

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
